The Association “Art and Psychology, Interdisciplinary Work Group,” has recently changed its name to "International Association for Art and Psychology.” Founded in 2000 to promote studies on the relationship between art and psychology, both from the artistic pint of view and the efficacy of an art work, the Association has expanded its interest to other sectors such as art therapy, studies on aesthetics, and the relationship between psychoanalysis and literature.
