Found Amenhotep III's granite face

Archaeologists have discovered in Luxor a huge granite head of Amenhotep III, famous Egypt's pharaohs who ruled from 1387-1348 B.C and Tutankhamun’s grandfather. It has been described by the scientist as the best preserved sculpture of Amenhotep III’s face found to date. The head is part of a larger statue found several years ago.
