David Zwirner is a contemporary art gallery active in both the primary and secondary markets. Since opening its doors in 1993, it has been home to innovative, singular, and pioneering exhibitions across a variety of media and genres. The gallery has helped foster the careers of some of the most influential artists working today, including Luc Tuymans and Neo Rauch, who had their U.S. debut exhibitions at the gallery (in 1994 and 2000, respectively), and has maintained long-term representation of a wide-ranging, international group of artists, including Michaël Borremans, Raoul De Keyser, Stan Douglas, Marcel Dzama, On Kawara, Toba Khedoori, Jockum Nordström, Raymond Pettibon, Thomas Ruff, Katy Schimert, Yutaka Sone, Diana Thater, and Christopher Williams.
The gallery also represents the Estates of Dan Flavin, Gordon Matta-Clark, John McCracken, Alice Neel, Jason Rhoades, Fred Sandback, and Al Taylor. In October 2010, David Zwirner announced its exclusive representation of Judd Foundation.

La Galería Helga de Alvear es continuadora del interés por los lenguajes de vanguardia de la histórica Galería Juana Mordó (1964-1995), centrándose en los últimos años en la fotografía, vídeo, instalación así como en otros lenguajes utilizados por artistas conceptuales y minimalistas. Desde 1995 está emplazada en un espacio de 700m2 próximo al Museo Nacional Centro de Arte Reina Sofía (MNCARS) y nacionales En el piso superior se mues- tran proyectos “site specific”, proyecciones de víedocreación así como obras que por su singularidad se adecuan a este espacio. Helga de Alvear combina su ocupación como directora de la galería con su pasión por el coleccionismo, que le ha llevado a crear una colección cuyos fondos son prestados regularmente para exposiciones en todo el mundo y que ha sido objeto de tres exposiciones monográficas en los 4 últimos.

White Cube, Mason’s Yard opened in September 2006. It is located off Duke Street, St. James's, home of the original White Cube gallery, on a site that was previously an electricity sub-station. Also designed by MRJ Rundell & Associates it is the first free-standing building to be built in the St James's area for more than 30 years. The building houses a main, basement floor gallery which is a naturally lit, double-height space with a second gallery on street level providing 5000 ft² of exhibition space. White Cube, Mason’s Yard continues with an international, high profile programme of exhibitions and was launched with an inaugural exhibition by Gabriel Orozco.
