13 September, 2015
The son-in-law of Jacopo Bellini, Andrea Mantegna (1431-1506) is worldly renown by experimenting with perspective and a sculptural approach to painting. He became one of the leading exponent of the extraordinary process of the figurative Language renewal.
We remember the mega-event that, in 2006, celebrated his work in three Italian cities: Padua, Mantova and Verona.
