Andrea Mantegna died in 1506

The son-in-law of Jacopo Bellini, Andrea Mantegna (1431-1506) is worldly renown by experimenting with  perspective and a sculptural approach to painting. He became one of the leading exponent of the extraordinary process of the figurative Language renewal.

We remember the mega-event that, in 2006, celebrated  his work in three Italian cities: Padua, Mantova and Verona.
