In Memoriam: Ettore Scola

Italian screenwriter and director Ettore Scola died yesterday, January 19, 2016 in Rome, at 84.

He received a Golden Globe for Best Foreign Film in 1978 for his film A Special Day, won the the David di Donatello – screenwriter and director categories- for a Special Day, Le Bal, The Family and La nuit de Varennes, and was nominated for five Academy Awards.
